Dr. Ravi Shankar

Dr. Ravi Shankar has finished his PhD from AcSIR (at CSIR-NGRI) in 2017 which was followed by 11 month stay as Project Scientist-B at NCESS, Trivandrum. Dr. Shankar's research interest is understanding geodynamic conditions responsible for repeated disintegration and amalgamation of Proterozoic/Archean supercontinents/Supercratons. Dr. Shankar uses Pb-Pb Geochronology, Geochemistry and Paleomagnetism to understand these.
