Objectives:

 

•  Delineation of active structures and their kinematic evolution within MBT-HFT wedge using geomorphic and structural expressions.

   

• Delineation of localized strain partitioning in the vicinity of major structures using trenching experiment across fault scarp to evaluate the emergence, geometry, fault slip and fault slip rate including their paleoseismic behavior.

   

• Assigning the temporal component to above deformations using TL/OSL and radiocarbon dating techniques.
